Workshop
This eight hour (one day) Anger Management Workshop is ideal for clients mandated by court to take this course as well as those who want self help tools on how to conquer the powerful emotion of anger. Learn about your unique anger style, how you developed it, how it affects your relationships, and how you utilize it in a constructive way to solve problems and reach desired goals. A certificate and letter are issues after successful completion of this course. This course is ideal for individuals who do not have the time for long-term counselling, individuals who are in time sensitive situations or who have deadlines, and individuals who learn better in a workshop format. This workshop style course offers lots of activities in an interactive classroom setting. This course is taught by qualified and experienced facilitators and yes it is accepted in most courts.
Classes are delivered in Toronto, Mississauga and online.
