Top Five Skills

According to Beta Research Corporation and 250 hiring managers, the top five skills employers look for in a candidate are:

  1. ability to work in a team environment
  2. ability to learn quickly
  3. presentation/verbal communications
  4. multi-tasking
  5. time management

Notice these are all soft skills. For the most part, no one teaches you to master these skills. But if these are the top five skills employers seek, shouldn’t these be a part of our education?
